- Pre-Purchase inspection (physical inspection and documentation review) done on behalf of the buyer.

- Asset physical and records review performed on three AW139s on the Nigeria register.

- Asset physical and records review performed on two S-76C++ on the Nigerian register

- Acceptance of aircraft from an owner on behalf of the operator.
- CAMO Project leader to bring aircraft into operation and ensuring aircraft are populated on maintenance tracking system before commencing operation
4X ERJ 145 EXPORT COA’S
- Project leader for the export of four ERJ 145’s from South Africa to Zimbabwe and Mozambique on behalf of the operator.
B1900D
- After the aircraft was in heavy maintenance at a third party AMO for 6 months (A, B, C check) I was asked to take the project over to ensure the aircraft return to service as soon as possible so the aircraft could be returned to its owner.
- The project required work scope review/update, review and approval of non-routine tasks including man-hours quoted, quotation approval for materials and spares.
- Maintenance reserve cost allocation at the end of the project.
ATR 72-212
- Acceptance of aircraft on behalf of operator post LCD conversion.
- Export CofA from South African register to Côte d'Ivoire registration post LCD conversion.
- CAMO Project leader to bring aircraft back into operation and ensuring aircraft are populated correctly on the maintenance tracking system before operation.

- Develop STC for B1900D Engine cowling access door to allow engine compressor washes to be performed without removing lower engine cowling to gain access to the engine drain plug.

ERJ 145 HEAVY MAINTENANCE PROJECT MANAGER FOR 3 AIRCRAFT ON BEHALF OF THE OPERATOR
- Responsible for building the aircraft's work scope and sending it to the third party AMO for quotation
- Review aircraft reliability statistics and include all reliability improvements in the form of EO’s and SB’s from kit procurement to QC reviewing of accomplished work.
- Review, negotiate and approve all quotes.
- Tech rep. responsible for the check. Including but not limited to,
- Arranging for the ferry flight to and from the maintenance facility,
- Post maintenance flight (crew, fuel),
- All material purchase review and approval,
- All Non-Routine task approval,
- QC all paperwork and capturing all maintenance performed back on the maintenance tracking system.
- Ensure all Logbooks is updated post maintenance.
- Aircraft acceptance post maintenance on behalf of the operator.
- Maintenance reserve cost allocation at the end of the project.
PROJECT LEADER FOR THE SOLENTA AVIATION ERJ 145/135 FLEET RELIABILITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
- Review each aircraft reliability statistics and identify areas for improvement.
- Review all available SB’s to improve fleet reliability.
- Develop customized reliability program for fleet and or per tail number.
- Responsible for the full solution, from identifying the reliability shortfalls, identifying SB’s (in some instances STC or Modifications), developing EO’s, scheduling the task on the maintenance tracking system taking the operational, client and maintenance personnel requirements into account.
- Ensure AMP is updated as required.
